1. Scheduled start and stop. The unit can be switched on and off according to time, date and different time bands.

2. Automatic changeover of standby pumps and exchangers. Circulation pumps are switched on schedule and a faulty pump is bypassed automatically; the main and standby exchangers alternate on schedule, which extends system life considerably.

3. Automatic changeover between fixed frequency and variable frequency operation. The system collects temperature and pressure signals and controls the speed of the circulation and make-up pumps, switching automatically between several pumps and between variable and fixed frequency modes.
